A little about me:
I have had the privilege of working in the Information Technology field for over 25 years. My experience spans the evolution of technology from primitive and proprietary CAD/CAM systems and rooms full of mainframes, to modern day mobile devices accessing data over the airways. My journey has exposed me to countless operating systems, database structures, and user applications.

All technology solutions have one target in mind:  the delivery of information.  I understand the role hardware plays in the modern business world, and that it is a mere enabler for the delivery of data that people and business need. 

I have worked with many talented programmers.  Though they are exceptional at their trade, I have come to realize they are at least once removed from their end customer.  The byproduct of this separation yields applications that are generic (one size fits all), cumbersome, and anti productive.

My observations and personal experience have brought me to the conclusion that successful IT solutions consist of the following:
